We understand that your home is perhaps your biggest investment and building or replacing your deck is a very important decision. The choices we have with today’s modern decking materials are so numerous they can be overwhelming. We have plastics, composites, pvc’s, composite/synthetic combination’s, hardwoods, softwoods, stone, aluminum and probably some others by the time you finish reading this. Most manufactures offer several lines of materials and each line has many colors, then we throw in details like metal balusters and low voltage lighting. Some of these material choices can be good and some not so good.

Experience. Our staff has been designing and building custom decks in Denver since 1991 and using low maintenance synthetic decking materials since 1996. Even though we specialize in custom decks and that is 90% of our business, we carry a class B Supervisors Certificate in Denver which allows us to be the General Contractor on anything residential or commercial. We have extensive residential remodeling experience and I would be happy to help you with those types of projects as well.

Quality. We personally oversee and/or work on your project. Your project will not get passed off to a construction manager or anybody else. We are very picky about who we hire. Our deck builders are experienced, talented, and very creative craftsmen. Everyone at Centennial Custom Decks takes tremendous pride in what we do and we love it.
Price. We keep our overhead as low as possible and we pass that savings directly to you. A very large part of our business is referrals, so you won’t find us spending thousands of your dollars on phone book ads and fancy showrooms.
